Jacobs Unique Memory Pot is a registered charity providing memory packages for sick and disabled children and their families.

We are a unique Childrens Charity who provide a personalised photography service to capture positive and special images for children who are challenged by life limiting health conditions.

Our purpose is to bring happiness and record achievements and special relationships through the production of images in a range of media

Our ambition is to become a National Charity and to provide wonderful and special records of family activities, anniversaries and adventure trips as a lasting tribute to a child’s life and their place in the family.
